Purpose of News:
  • To tell people about what is going on in world.
  • To entertain people.
  • To raise awareness of certain problems and issues and influence and persuade.
  • For profit.
  • To educate people.
 Types of News:
  • UK
  • World
  • Business
  • Polotics 
  • Tech
  • Science
  • Health
  • Family and Education
  • Entertainment and Art

Fake News:
Fake news is stories that have been edited, changed or made-up for a commercial or political reason and have been deliberately shared. It is bad because it makes people think something is true when it is not.
